Tracy just told me that might be easier to simply reincorporate. We
will have to get a membership list and potentially pay dues. Tracy is
talking about attorney fees. It is my understanding that a attorney is
not needed to file for non-profit corporation. I believe the
membership fess can be handled by raffles. The last I heard we had
about $3000. We should discuss this at the next meeting.
