Brian Six of Suse (Microfocus) has offered to give a presentation on SUSE.
So I am if anyone has a specific topic they would like to see. His focus is
SUSE Enterprise. But he uses OpenSuse as well.

All depends on what people would like to hear.

I'll post a tentative topics list days before the meeting.

For now,
I'd guess that many people would like to just see what different
Desktops look like on openSUSE when there is still plenty of choice
when most other distros are cutting back...
Of course I'll talk about the one really unique feature no other
distro has which is YaST,
One <really> big new offering that AFAIK doesn't exist anywhere else
but in the Kubernetes world is the new Transaction Server for
ultra-secure Production deployments. a look at how easy zipper is to
use for package management, maybe a little about systemd, maybe a
little about update-alternatives,

And plenty more.
And, always open for special requests...

Actually I was asking people. would like to see Brian Six present on
Suse...? So perhaps you could do your presentation one month and we think
of other topics that were not covered. Or others that people want to
exploren further.

Yes please. Let's plan on Kevin and Tony for July and Brian Six from
SuSe in August. Does that work for everyone? Have Brian get in touch
with me. Thanks!
