Tracy informed me today that we currently do have a 5013c. So this
means that we will have to find company to let us meet somewhere in
the mean time....

KPLUG meeting locations update

We now have two have two potential locations that we can pursue. The
Pt Loma library will let us meet there. Tracy also informed that
Amazon is willing to let us meet at their office as well.

I am waiting on Tracy to confirm. So far we approval was granted and I sent
a proposal to Tracy. I think the group needs to decide where you want to
meet. Tracy can make the appropriate reservation either with the library or
with me.

Our office is in La Jolla near UCSD.

we get things resolved as soon possible. We need give our members

Ok cool. Like I said in my email we will need a.list of names to expedite
the guest checkin process. Everyone will get a badge that will be good in
the outter area.

There are bathrooms and a kitchenette and the two big conf rooms.

I'll book both rooms from 7pm though I doubt they would be used that late.

Unfortunately, I am doing a hiring event in Mexico City from 9-7 to 9-14 so
someone will have to greet you guys on 9-13.

Tracy - if you want to set up a time to come by next week I can give you a
quick tour so at least you know your way around.

just slow things down but won't be refused admittance I hope? We'll do

quick tour so at least you know your way around.
Unfortunately, I won't be in town either. I'll find someone else to stop
by for a quick orientation.

Thanks!

1) they can check in with security. No problems. Just makes it faster is
most people are prrchecked in.

2) ok ill set to the bookings

3) let me know who you nominate. I'll get them my cell number and we can
coordinate. You are welcome to come down as well if you like.

Ok cool. Like I said in my email we will need a.list of names to expedite
the guest checkin process. Everyone will get a badge that will be good in
the outter area.
What happens if someone shows up who's name is not on the list? They
just slow things down but won't be refused admittance I hope? We'll do
all we can to provide a complete list regardless.

There are bathrooms and a kitchenette and the two big conf rooms.
Nice.

I'll book both rooms from 7pm though I doubt they would be used that
late.
We usually meet from 7 to 9 every second Thursday.
